Temperatures can range from 35 to 40+ Degrees Celsius; however, Solis’ yin classes are set to a comfortable heat. The room has HVAC to cool down the room if the instructor chooses to do so.

Bring your own mat (BYOM), reusable water bottle (we have a refill station), towel, and grip socks (for reformer classes).

We understand that things happen last minute, which is why Solis Movement allows cancellation within 10 hours before class start time both the sunroom and reformer classes given the limited availability of classes, if you cancel with the cancellation or do not show up for class, your account will be automatically charged $15 in Etobicoke and $18 for the Downtown location. Yes! There is street parking all along the lakeshore as well as free parking on any side street around Solis Movement. If you choose to park on the side streets the walk is about 2-3 minutes to the front door!

At Solis Movement, we have 2 changing rooms. They include showers, restrooms, cubbies, and hangers to put your belongings. You can find a filter water refill station in the lobby by the props.

Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in, such as lightweight, breathable materials that absorb sweat and dry quickly. Leggings, shorts, tank tops, and t-shirts are all great options for hot yoga and fitness.

Yes! We have BYOGAMat's for a $2 rental fee, we also offer microfibre towel rental at the same price.

Most of Solis’ classes are 45 minutes long with a couple that are 60 minutes. It clarifies the timing of the schedule.
